Hyderabad: After experiencing heavy rains during the monsoon, the Nizamabad district has started registering a dip in temperatures with the onset of winter forcing many people to wear woolen sweaters to protect themselves from cool weather. Satyanarayana, a toll collector, was merely doing his job when he stopped a car at the Vempadu toll plaza in Visakhapatnam district, on National Highway 16, on the evening of Thursday, November 4.
