Hyderabad: GO MS No. 11 has been issued in compliance. The dream of Serf employees, who have been waiting for 23 years, has come true. Their wages will increase hugely. A total of 3,978 employees have been benefited. The new pay scale will come into effect from 1st April. Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Chief Secretary of State Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Departments issued orders to this effect. Serf employees expressed their gratitude to Ministers KTR, Harish Rao, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and MLC Kavitha for bringing their demand to the attention of Chief Minister KCR and working hard to realize their demand. CM KCR expressed his gratitude by offering milk to the image. Chief Minister KCR Ugadi gave a sweet speech as a gift to the Serp employees who have been working with fixed leaderships for 23 years who have not been promoted like other state employees.
As per the promise made in the last election manifesto, Jivo No. 11 was released on Saturday, applying a new pay scale with revised wages to serf employees as per the March 15 announcement in the Assembly. Due to this, the wages of SERP employees will increase significantly. An additional burden of Rs.58 crore per year will fall on the state government. In Bhimgal of Nizamabad district, serf employees performed milk anointing on the portrait of the Chief Minister on behalf of the state JAC. Kunta Gangadhar Reddy, State President of Serp Employees Union, Narasiah, Sudarshan, Subhash, Janaiah, Venkat, Surekha and local staff participated in the program. JAC thanked Ministers Harish Rao, KTR, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and MLC Kavitha for their cooperation in this.
