Hyderabad: State president of BJP, MP Bandi Sanjay commented that if Chartered Accountants (CA) are touched, then the governments will fail. He spoke to the media after participating in the graduation ceremony held on Saturday under the aegis of ICAI. He said that there was massive corruption during the UPA regime and the 2G scam and coal scams came to light only with the reports given by the CAG. Thus, the Congress government’s address was wrongly pointed out. He said it was a pleasure to participate in the swearing-in ceremony of CA graduates.
The economic progress of this country has been described by the brand ambassadors, producers of the new Indian race as CA. He said that there is a need for CAs to work honestly in the case of their clients and to tell the facts whether it is profit or loss. He said that the country has achieved economic progress under Prime Minister Modi’s rule. With Modi’s initiative, bank accounts were opened for 48.75 crore poor people and 2 lakh crore transactions were made, it was revealed. He said that India, which was at the 10th position in the financial system, has reached the 5th position. Representatives of ICAI participated in the program.
