After lunch, the petition was heard before the bench of Justice Pulla Karthik. The High Court refused to grant a stay on the Group 1 Prelims exam. 36 candidates filed a petition claiming that TSPSC’s issuance of notification for Group-1 Prelims examination without enforcing the provision of 2 months between respective examinations when issuing different notifications for different posts is illegal.
