MBBS seats have increased more than three times, he said. He said that if 9 medical colleges come this year, this number will increase significantly. He reminded that Telangana is number one in the country in terms of medical seats. Telangana is number one with 19 MBBS seats and 7 PG seats per lakh population.

He said that if we look at the government and private sectors, the number of MBBS seats in the country has increased by 71 percent since 2014, while in Telangana it has increased by 240 percent.
