New Delhi: BRS MLC Okay Kavitha, arrested within the Delhi excise policy case, moved a court docket in New Delhi on Saturday, opposing a CBI plea that sought her interrogation in Tihar jail in a corruption case associated to the alleged rip-off.
The court docket on Friday allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to query Kavitha in Tihar jail.
The order was handed on the plea filed by the CBI looking for the court docket’s permission to interrogate Kavitha in judicial custody.
Advocate Nitesh Rana, showing for Kavitha, advised the court docket that CBI thwarted the due means of regulation by submitting the plea “behind her back”.
