Hyderabad: BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar said that the government, which claims to be an employee-friendly government, should solve their problems. In a letter to CM KCR on Monday, he asked to know the financial conditions of the families of employees and pensioners who played a vital role in the state movement. It is sad that the employees are not being paid properly every month and even retired employees are not being given pension on time.

He said that pension is not being paid to retired employees in many districts for the last two months, knowing that there are many health problems in old age, money is needed for hospitals, medicine and nutrition, but it is wrong not to pay pension to them on time. It is stated that your statement that retirement benefits will be given to the retired employees on the same day is limited to advertisements and for months all the retired employees are going around the offices and facing difficulties.

He said that the pension files of 460 employees in Karimnagar district alone are pending with the Finance Department and thousands of retired employees are in the same situation in all the districts across the state. He said that the first PRC is going to expire at the end of this month and the new PRC should come into effect from next month, but since the commission has not been appointed till now, injustice will be done to the employees and teachers. He said that the basic principle of democracy should not be ignored that the government elected by the people should work for all the people. It is advised to release the pension to all the pensioners immediately to solve the problems they are facing. He stated that if the PRC is not implemented immediately and wages and DA are increased as expected by the employees and pensioners, they will move on behalf of the employees and teachers.
