Hyderabad: The sun is burning in the state. Day temperatures are increasing. This situation is more prevalent in the districts of North Telangana than in South Telangana and Central Telangana. Nidamanur of Nalgonda district recorded the highest temperature of 46.1 degrees in the state on Sunday. In some other districts too, the temperature has crossed 45 degrees. 45.6 in Damachar, 45.5 in Bayayaram, 45.5 in Tangulla, 45.3 in Ketepalli, 45.2 in Tadwai, 45.2 in Srirampur, 45.2 in Garla, 45.1 in Kusumanchi, 45.1 in Khanapur were recorded.

Light rains for the next three days Hyderabad Meteorological Center has announced that moderate to light rains are likely to occur in the state for the next three days. It said that there are chances of gusty winds of 40 km per hour. Yellow alert has been issued for Komaram Bheem, Manchiryala, Jagityala, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalapalli, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanmakonda, Rangareddy, Vikarabad, Sangareddy districts with scattered rains.

Light rains lashed many parts of the state on Sunday. 25mm in Ashwaraopet. 20 in Wankidi, 15 in Sardana, 14.5 in Gadhari, 13.5 in Jinnaram, 11.3 in Bellal, 11 in Wadi, 9 mm of rain fell in Shakepet, Banjarahills, Ameerpet and other areas of the greater area. In some other areas also there were thunderstorms.
