A fire broke out in Thirumala on Saturday evening. A fire broke out in a free bus (Srivari Dharmaratham) belonging to the Tirumala Tirupati Temple. The accident took place on the Second Ghat Road while the Srivari servants were being taken by bus from Tirupati to Thirumala. The occupants of the bus were shocked when a sudden fire broke out. However, the driver noticed the fire in a timely manner and immediately stopped the bus at Link Road.

The accident was averted after the Srivari servants in the bus got out of the vehicle. The victims immediately informed firefighters about the incident. Firefighters rushed to the scene and brought the blaze under control. The cause of the accident, however, remains to be seen. It is learned that a car caught fire on Thirumala Ghat Road recently.
